ZONE 1
Standard shipping is via POST Luxembourg with shipment tracking (€ 5.95).
Letters are sent via POST Luxembourg and have no Tracking (€ 2.95).
Free shipping from 119 € value of goods within Luxembourg.
If the order value falls below € 119 due to a partial return, we will offset the original shipping costs of € 5.95.
When ordering products with different delivery times, the longer delivery time always applies.
ZONE 2
Standard shipping is via POST Luxembourg with tracking (10,95€).
For orders over €119, discounted shipping of 5.95 EUR
applies.If the order value falls below 119 € due to your return, we will charge the original shipping cost of €10.95 after.

.Letter shipping is via POST Luxembourg and has no tracking (4,20€).
COLLECTION
You also have the option of picking up your package free of charge from the warehouse (municipality of Schuttrange).
You will receive the exact address by email when your order is ready.
Pick-up times are:
Monday-Wednesday: 9:30 am-11:30 am
Thursday: 17: 00-19: 00

Return of the goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and undamaged.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
